Targeted Case Manager (TCM) DD Full-Time and Part-time Positions Available

Full-time Targeted Case Manager’s needed to provide support and advocacy to people with disabilities in an array of offices across the state of North Carolina.
Minimum Requirements:
  • BA/BS in Human Services, 2 years full-time post-bachelor experience, and a desire to assist individuals to achieve self-determined (or team-determined) life goals in required. CAP case management experience preferred.
  • Requires knowledge of: area resources and local organizations; job-seeking and job-retention skills; resume writing and interviewing techniques; cognitive retraining activities; and group facilitation.
  • Qualified individual will be creative, flexible, and able to work independently.
    AND;
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Criminal Background Check free of convictions as stated in Universal MH/DD/SAS’s policy.
