Community Support Qualified Professional (CSQP)

Full-Time and Part-time Positions Available
This position provides direct care to those community support recipients in need of a professional level of intervention.
Minimum Requirements:
- MS/A in Human Services field w/ at least 1 year full-time post-graduate MH/DD/SAS supervised experience or Substance Abuse Professional w/ at least 1 year full-time post-graduate supervised experience in alcoholism and drug abuse counseling.
OR;
- BS/A in Human Services field w/ at least 2 years full-time post-bachelor MH/DD/SAS supervised experience OR Substance Abuse Professional w/ at least 2 years full-time post-bachelor supervised experience in alcoholism and drug abuse counseling.
OR;
- BS/A in non-Human Services field w/ at least 4 years full-time post-bachelor MH/DD/SAS supervised experience OR Substance Abuse Professional w/ at least 4 years full-time post-bachelor supervised experience in alcoholism and drug abuse counseling.
OR;
- RN, licensed to practice in NC by NC Board of Nursing w/ at least 4 years of full-time accumulated MH/DD/SAS supervised experience.
AND;
- At least one year experience with Adult Mental Health Population.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Criminal Background Check free of convictions as stated in Universal MH/DD/SAS’s policy.
